Have deposited money at rizk.com via Neteller (10 euros) the money is gone from the Neteller account only at rizk nothing has arrived... Support was written to but now plays dumb or dead.

Someone made similar experiences or knows remedy to create ?

Thank God it's only 10 euros but somehow worms me but already.
