Hello dear forum,

I have had some luck in the online casino at DrückGlück and won 900€, have not claimed any Bonuses when depositing (not my first there), have never done that before.

Nu I have won the above amount and wanted to pay out via PayPal, nu comes my real question, I have under the item Cash - Transactions - outgoing and returned the 900€ stand I go right on the arrow opens a submenu where an ID is and behind it then: Remaining amount 100.03€ and status: Player pending.

What does that mean, I only get paid 100,03€? And if so why is that?
