I hope times strongly that the thread fits in here, I'm really undecided, sorry already if I got the wrong one 🙈

Sportingbet had sent an email 1 week ago that if I create a Paysafecard account via their link and have this verified right away, I secure a 50 € Vip bonus
I have used this, created account and verified via Postident, also the code could be entered and a bonus credit of € 50 is displayed.

Now my problem, if I want to Deposit this amount, my account shows that it is on 0 €

I have contacted Sportingbet directly of course, they have referred me to Paysafe, since the promo would come from them.

Paysafe referred me to Sportingbet, I should inquire about problems there.

The lady from Paysafe support on the phone had me send a screenshot of the error message for the 2nd time, an answer has unfortunately not yet come.
