Hello all,

i won 10k today step by step in an online casino and paid out every time a big win came. Three payments are being processed by the OC right now:

1. 4000
2. 2000
3. 4000

My question now is if I should expect any consequences when the money is received. I am under the 12,500 reporting requirement but read here a lot about account suspensions.

I've never gotten any large deposits so far, been a decent negative so far....

Does anyone have any experience with a withdrawal of that amount? Were there any consequences from the bank?

I don't know which bank you are with, but at these amounts probably no one will notice. With most banks, the lights go on at 10K, with some even at 5K. But there you are still down. Do not worry about it.

If the bank is giving you problems you should have a lawyer write a two letters. Firstly, the new regulation is not yet in force. On the other hand, gambling is completely legal according to European law.
