On 22.06.2019 asked to close my account because of gambling addiction.
- This is simply not complied with.
- Continue to receive bonus offers, etc.
- About a week ago again asked to close it.
- Confirmation came and account was also closed.
- yesterday I went to the chat and asked for reactivation of the account.
This has been reopened without further ado.
Is that the point behind Player protection ? That it goes so easily?
Does this company not violate the set?

If you have given the reason Gambling addiction, it is mMn definitely against the rules and you could possibly reclaim your resulting loss. Whether the rules for casinos and sports betting are identical, I do not know
