Hello all.

I deposited a total of 442 euros with Stake 7 and was able to recover some of the losses with the last deposit.
I have already sent the necessary documents 9 days ago. The next day I was told I already had a closed account elsewhere (Had not seen that the now belong to Everymatrix, knew stake7 from before still as a German Merkur Casino).

Ok I am aware that in such a case no wins are paid out. I have also won nothing, my remaining balance is less than my deposits there.

So now comes the hammer:
The option to withdraw was disabled for me, but the account is still open. This is the sneakiest thing I have ever experienced.
I can only lose, if I play with the money now, wins would not be paid out anyway.
The support says with since 9 days every time I would shortly receive an answer, I feel there simply only fooled.
I have already reported this to the MGA, this is absolutely unethical behavior.
