Lotto24 and Tipp24 receive licence for slot machine games
The portals Lotto24.de and Tipp24.de are very well known with lotto fans. The first address also enjoys a certain amount of popularity because of the TV advert which features Sky du Mont and which is streamed on several stations. At the moment work is going on at full speed to promote the services to other gamblers: in short, several slots will be added to the portfolio.
On the websites of Lotto24 and Tipp24 it is stated “officially authorised organiser of virtual slot games according to the whitelist of the GGL”. As the mother company ZEAL has stated last April, the subsidiary company Lotto24 AG which is controlled by both lotto pages, may offer slot machines immediately.
ZEAL already has experience in slots
ZEAL has announced that a wide range of slot machine games will be going live in a few weeks. The company stated that it has several years of experience in this area. In fact in the past it had already provided similar titles abroad where slots are an important line of business. It now wants to establish itself in the same line of business for the German market.
Helmut Becker, managing director of ZEAL, recently stated the following in a press conference of the company when talking about the acquisition of the licence:
“We are really happy about the trust of the regulating authority and are eager to provide our online games soon. We are convinced that we can offer the new customers out there who are interested in games with an interesting portfolio and a new game experience.”

As an online lotto provider ZEAL, through its subsidiary company Lotto24 AG and ist platforms Lotto24, as well as Tipp24, provides lotto coupons for the country lotteries or social lotteries. In accordance with the German licence only local lotteries may be played on the portals. Besides the classic 6aus49, there are also the Eurojackpot, the Spiel 77, the Super 6, the GlücksSpirale, Keno- as well as Scratch-Games, the German Tv lottery, the German dream house lottery, and others. According to its own information the company has for a long time also been providing its portfolio to third parties.
Recently ZEAL also became a member of the World Lottery Association (WLA)
Shortly before it was announced that it has received the licence for slot machines, ZEAL had already announced its interesting news: the company had been accepted in the WLA.
This is an internationally organised institution where lotteries, sports betting providers and vendors come together. One of its important aims is to establish worldwide standards for responsible playing, security, risk management and general social responsibilities. It also aims to implement optimal technical and ethical general conditions. The organisation also keeps its members and the public informed about the lottery industry and provides its members with training and information opportunities.

Conclusion
It is unfortunately still not known which games and game developers will make it into the portfolio of Lotto24 and Tipp24. However, we expect that the portfolio will include those of the typical providers In the German speaking market.
This together with the further requirements of the platforms, i.e. their proper payment portfolio (including PayPal), their good App coverage (even native Android- and iOS-applications), as well as their generally beneficial security conditions (not only for the German licensing) should definitely convince some Slot fans.
We hope that it will really be an “interesting portfolio and new game experience” as the ZEAL boss has announced.
