Hi,
i signed up at BitSpinCasino and deposited via credit card. Everything went smoothly. Then I won, wagered the bonus and the money is now available for withdrawal. Withdrawal methods that are displayed to me under the item "whitedrawl" are:
- Bank Transfer ( not an option for me )
- All possible cryptos (BTC, ETH etc..)
- Mifinity would also be ok in case of need
furthermore, I have offered via support that I can also receive the payment via Skrill if the casino uses that. (You can Deposit there via Skrill)
The support insists that I should pay via Bank Transfer (Support once again only possible in English and the support I think intentionally stupid.). On my question whether they are of the opinion not to adhere to their own T&C's came from the support no more answer
