understand the problem is not the same everywhere and take just an account statement on which nothing else is on it if that is so bad for you! perso, ec card front and back photograph + a statement & more it is not.

My account statement from the Sparda Bank was rejected.

For IBAN bank account Verification we need to see a valid official bank statement that shows your name, address, account number (you entered into Unikrn for verification), and transactions on the account. When sending PDF statements, please make sure you send all pages of the statements.

Problem, Sparda Bank statements have no address in the statement, only the name. Took a picture of the page in online banking where the address can be seen. Rejected: the online banking interface screenshot is not an acceptable form of documentation.

Now I have to go to the bank and ask if I can get a bank statement with the address. And if that's not technically possible, well, I can't get the 300€. Great.

And EC card is also no address
