As already written above in post #5 by another user, the problems occur both (free play winnings & freebet) as long as the registered email with the casino is not confirmed.

My email Provider also likes to swallow such mails sometimes... At Wallacebet & sister sites you should send a mail with the subject "manual Verification of my email" to the support in this case...
