Hello all,

i am new here. I've been addicted to gambling since I was 18 (I'm 26 now). I've always had wins of around 4-5k and then played it all back within a few days.
Always play only roulette. If that does not work then I change to online sports betting.

Now I have reached rock bottom. I have 4000 euros in Debt to a friend and just do not know what to do. I am already in outpatient gambling therapy but I just can not get away from betting or machnmal if I have some money to put this not at roulette.

Do you have any tips on how to get out of it?

Thank you and best regards!

just block everywhere?!
even if the 4000€ Debt would not be there & you are of the opinion to be addicted to gambling since 18 then playing is no fun at all?!
gambling = fun
having to win in order to pay your debts is a cramp & can only get worse and worse. keep looking for help, there are definitely people here in the forum who can help you with this

Go to a local counseling for Gambling addiction (Caritas etc..), find a confidant with whom you can talk about your problem, etc..

But the most important thing is your own head and will. You have to want it yourself that you don't want to gamble anymore. 4000€ can be straightened out over time, but if you keep going, 4000 will quickly turn into 10.000 and more and more...
