On 30.10.19 I had fulfilled all bonusbedingen and have then requested a withdrawal. Then my account was blocked because I allegedly requested a self-exclusion. After 4 days, this was clarified after several mails and account reactivated. After several inquiries regarding the payout was confirmed to me that the payout was released on 6.10.19 and I should wait 2-5 days. On 12.10.19 I should, after I asked again, send my account statement to prove that the money was still not there and now it says the transaction was carried out by the casino but Trustly is processing this and I should be patient. I have never experienced this before. Or?!
