To create a topic in our forum, click on Community in the menu above and select the Forum subitem. In our forum you will find different categories. Click on the appropriate category and above/below the list of topics you will find a green button "+ Create topic". Click on it and you can open a new topic. If you are a new member on GambleJoe, your first posts will be reviewed by the GambleJoe team before they are published.
To contact another community member you can send him private messages with our communicator. You can get to this either via the "Member area: Communicator" or via the "Message" button below the avatar in the profile of the respective user. To get to the respective profile, either use the search function (magnifying glass symbol in the menu bar) or go directly to the profile of the user you want to contact.
Here on GambleJoe it is possible to block other users in the communicator so that you will no longer receive messages from them. To do this, open the communicator with the respective user and click on the gear wheel at the top right. There is the option "block user". Communication with this user is no longer possible during the blockage. Of course, you can also remove the blockage there later.
You would like to add a screenshot in your forum post? First you need to upload your image/screenshot to an image upload site e.g. https://imageshack.com and copy the hotlink. Write a post in our forum on GambleJoe and add the image by selecting the "Insert an image" icon on the top bar. You will be asked to insert the URL, i.e. the hotlink. Now you just have to submit your post and the image will be displayed in our forum.
Before you create a new thread, we recommend that you first use the search function (magnifying glass icon in the menu bar). There are already several topics and maybe a similar topic was already created there. If you do not find what you are looking for, you can choose a suitable category. For example, if you have problems with a casino, use the category "Casino complaints". If you have questions about deposits and withdrawals, for example, you will find a subcategory "Deposit and withdrawal methods" under the category "Online casinos".
Forum ranks are automatically assigned to GambleJoe members based on their forum activity. Two different values are included in the calculation. First, the duration of membership in the community and second, the amount of forum posts. The current forum rank is then calculated from both values.
Example: A user must have been registered with GambleJoe for at least 12 months and have made at least 250 posts in the forum to achieve the rank "Expert".
