I would appreciate info if anyone had the same problem

I have been registered in CC for many years and am a VIP member. The last years (would say so 3 years) I had not played there. Since a few months I play again and have me almost 3 weeks ago again the 1st withdrawal for years made (2500), which was also processed within 4 hours and arrived at me. The next day I wanted to make next withdrawal and after 3 days it was not yet processed but still the status open, so that I could cancel at any time by itself. Had then inquired and they said that it can take up to 4 working days. Thought me first okay....and it was also in the agbs. After the 5th working day it was still open and I asked again. From the VIP team then meant that it could delay because of the weekend something. When Monday was again nothing on it, I asked again and they said that the financial department is still processing my withdrawal and can not tell me but how long it takes. Only that some payments go quickly and some would take a while. Meanwhile, it is 2 weeks and my payment is still open and today it said again the same....namely that it is unfortunately still being processed. What should I think of this? Actually, as a VIP member you get the payout even faster than the max. 4 days that have long since passed. The first payout after years worked last time without problems on the same day.... but this now is simply not processed without any information. It always says only that it is still in processing and I do not understand the problem to carry out the payout
