Hello all together!

The following:

On Sunday (12/08/2018) I requested the payment of Euro 1,224 through my account.

On Tuesday (14/08/2018) I received an e-mail from DrückGlück that my withdrawal request was finally processed and in my account it was also listed as completed by bank transfer.

The last time DrückGlück paid out the money was in my account one day later.

Since this time the money on Friday (17/08/2018) was still not credited to the account I have contacted my bank if there is something hanging somewhere. According to the bank, there is nothing in the line, so on the way.

I then contacted the support via chat (DrückGlück does not respond to e-mails, which I find strange) and the friendly staff told me that the money was indeed transferred to my bank account.

My question: Can I believe the support and just wait a few days? Or rather ask the support again?
