Hello to all,

maybe someone has ideas about my request and can help me:

I have an account at Sportwetten.de, deposited there a few months ago for the first time, won a bet, account verified and paid out, all without problems

Due to the good experience, I also wanted to test their slot / casino department, have deposited there last week then again, (about 200€) wanted to pay out after some time 75€, the withdrawal was canceled but with the reason I have to verify my MuchBetter account. (although I had already verified everything for sports betting)

However, with the 75€ I played further and could finally make 500€ (was a hit at Fruit Party) from it. For the 500€ I made a new withdrawal request last Friday.
