Hello,

i had reported more than two weeks ago that I have in Rabona Casino about 2000€ to pay out.
A long time ago I have already played in a casino of the group (Nomini) and there everything went so far smoothly.

With Rabona now, however, the following. Payout on 05.12.2021 requested. In the chat I was initially told a payout would be processed within 3 business days.
When I asked if I should send any documents for Verification, I was told that this is usually not necessary.
