Hello,

i played on Casumo for the first time and won 520€. This win I have given to the payout but not to the account with which I deposited the 30€, with which the win was played. (I did not see that another account was deposited)
So far so good - after 3 days I got a mail from Casumo - the payout was canceled because wrong account
Have now yesterday the account indicated, with which I have deposited the 30€ + have played the win.
Does the payout work now? Do you have any experience? Both accounts run under my name and I have always deposited by flash transfer / Klarna and could just access my two accounts while depositing at Klarna.
Both accounts are of course in my name.
What are your experiences? Also, I find 72 hours to wait for the release of the money + then another 2 bbis 3 days wait because of the bank transfer quite a lot...
