I registered with Spinalot yesterday. Played, won, payout went through within a few hours. Thought top, nice.
Before the money was paid out, I of course set limits
When I saw that the money was already paid out, I removed the limits again
24 hours waiting time, okey I thought, wait.
Then after the 24 hours the limit is still there. I write to support and think oh they just need to confirm it again
I just wrote for this little pups 30 min with them and in the end did not even come out a result. Digger wat?
The support answers as if the colleague there on voll suff onm handy tippt. So slow and clueless I have never experienced anywhere.
Their system has problems, because apparently the limit system is bent, employees totally no idea of anything and just answer eeeewig later, to say at the end then that it must be forwarded.
