Hey everyone, I've been reading through the forum and have a good gut feeling of support.

Briefly about my problem

I haven't received my payout on Platincasino since 03.11.23, so I've been waiting a good 2 months and my nerves are also at the end.

I have won a total of €14,000
However, I was only paid out €10,000.

2 of 3 times 4000€
and 1x 2000€

All payouts were accepted, but somehow a mistake must have been made. I tried the platinum status as before with vip support, which always worked well.

Unfortunately, this time only one payout of €4000 was checked and the rest probably not. I sent them my account statements and several screenshots.
