i have the following problem on Sunday at noon (15.11.20) I deposited 50 euros via Trustly (booking day and value date is 16.11.20). I have already turned to the chat as well as contacted by email and screenshot submitted as proof of deposit. It was put off to pass the matter to the finance department.
