i am currently playing the game "Ninja Ways" at stake7 and have won 6 free spin symbols.
However, I did not get them, the game just continued as normal as if I had not gotten any free spins.

In the videos I saw that the 6 required freespin symbols must appear distributed over the first 3 reels to trigger the free spins. If the freespin symbols appear on different reels, but not on the first 3 reels, then there are no free spins. So assuming you had the Scatters on reel 1,2 and 4, then there are no free spins. You can watch some videos there to compare if the freespin symbols came in the same or different way.
