What resolutions, goals or plans do you have for the new year? Whether casino or private, knock out who has desire to do so. So the community can get to know each other better and maybe gives the one or the other certain incentives to undertake good things / goals.

In terms of casino:
Invest less money and time in gambling.
Have now deleted 2 of my 4 currently played casinos, the other 2 with limits provided. 4 casinos I'm currently testing with, of the 4 I pick me out one and start the new year with 3 casinos on which I distribute my greatly reduced zocker budget evenly and set the Deposit limit accordingly in the amount. In the event of a win, I then simply leave credit and do not pay a few times in and out as I usually do. Even if I have myself basically under control and have my gaming behavior under control for a long time, there must be a clear line. I think that gives a good feeling and will contribute well to put less money and especially time in casinos.
I will separate all withdrawals to 100% and take stock at the end of the year.
Gambling is a lot of fun for me and there are days when I could gamble 24 hours a day, this shit has always fascinated me, but it just has to become less.

Private:
Smoke less, preferably quit completely, but at least cut it in half
Lose weight, eat healthier, even if the unhealthy stuff is always so f**king delicious 😂
Finally spend a night in Las Vegas. (No, not to gamble.... Ok maybe a little 😜) That's been my wish for 15 years that I have never realized for whatever reason. Next year we are 3 weeks in Mexico and I try to realize then from there that somehow because it is only the corner around quasi
More time for the important things in life to use, you never know when's over. I have this year 2 in the circle of acquaintances said goodbye where one would not have expected so early.
So enjoy life more....

I hope I hold everything remain steadfast. Only the beginning is of course certainly difficult, then I think everything is a no-brainer, I hope at least.

Always think positively and remember: the machine always wins in the end 😉

Gamble

- Completely stop with slotten, only Poker, Table games and sports betting
- i'm with Milo1 on the fixed budget. I don't lose much, because I only ever play microstakes, but the time can be better used

private:

- Overcome depression/panic attacks
- show more kindness in everyday life
- live more consciously/appreciate life more
- walk for a week in summer without making too many plans beforehand
- maybe get a little doggie
- get better sleep

Good luck to all of you who are also making plans!

Start smoking. More alcohol. Less sports. Spend more money on casinos.

:D

I don't think much of plans at the turn of the year. A new day is a new day, no matter what year it is.
If you set a project, you should set it immediately. To a certain date is somehow "I'll do later" moderate and often does not work.

In principle you are absolutely right, if you want to change something you should do it immediately
But at the end of the year most people think about it and review the year and rethink a lot of things. And then to start the new year with some positive projects is not wrong.

Just my personal experience, but it's either all or nothing. Took me several years and attempts to quit too, but I'm now 2 1/2 years smoke free. And even though everyone tells you it's really true, do the healthier eating thing in the same breath. I gained almost 10 kilos and fortunately have since lost it again, but even that was a cramp.

Just don't give up. Everything is just better without smoking.

Over what time did you gain 10 kilos if you don't mind me asking? I don't smoke now 31 days and already gained 6 kilos

i would say 6 to 8 months. Then I started to eat more consciously and step by step lost weight again

Hang in there. A few kilos more on the ribs is still better than the dirty fags. 31 days is a great achievement! Keep at it!
