Hello.
Unfortunately, I came the day before yesterday on the cell phone on the self-lock button. Well I could not bet 24h has bothered me somewhere but that's actually half so wild. The whole thing was on Bet365. I noticed that since then I no longer get any bet boosts displayed. Therefore, I asked the support, and I was told that due to the self-lock my account is PERMANENTLY excluded for Bonuses and thus also Wettboosts. Player protection or not, with this really so poorly placed button to experience such far-reaching consequences I find but very sad.
I have opened the thread here for 2 reasons.
1: Has anyone had a similar experience? -> If so, is there really no way to counteract this? Or what have you done?
2: Of course, no one consciously presses the button by mistake, but still I would like to "warn" you because the consequence is really very drastic, because the bet boosts are really absolute top, apart from the big odds boosts to the top games, which are usually absolutely free... (I would like to denigrate Gambling addiction in no white, it is of course a topic and appropriate measures are of course useful and good)
So really pay close attention!
RIP to all the odds boosts that I now miss was probably the biggest missclick in my life
PS: Tipico currently still gives until the 22nd an odds boost that you can add to any bet. For me it was 100% up to 100€. Means I have -7.5 Handicap Jaguars, Mason Plumlee double double and Bobby Portis Jr double double of 3.22 Quote boostet on 7.44 was an absolute gift.

Yes, I also got locked out of Bet 365 in 2021 via OASIS. 1 whole year. But now I am back again. And by the lock I am also excluded from bonuses / promotions there. I can still live with.

There is a possibility to lock myself but I have to click through the menu.

Oh man I feel the same way. I accidentally locked myself at Merkur-spiel/Xtip for 24 hours and since then I don't get any free spins anymore, before every week 2x... now I understand why....
