There are problems everywhere at the moment, even when paying Paysafecard online. I just lost money at dundle, deposited and did not get a code... and support does not respond. Am not alone though, some same negative messages on Trustpilot. Payment methods are being taken away all the time lately, soon everything will only work via code cards or crypta.
