Hello,
Recently i won money on scatters.com a website where i have won money and withdrawed money from before. When i tried to withdraw this time they asked for proof of address. I have send in the document yet it is still being processed after 5 days of waiting. They said it should have been 48 hours.
Livechat Just says they're forwarding it and that i need to be patiënt but nothing is happening and i want to withdraw my money. Can anybody help?

So if you have already had a withdrawal this may well be possible with this casino group you can deposit/withdraw up to 2,000 € without them checking your details
Basically, the serious but sometimes slower than a snail I would really wait and if nothing changes times a mod here from the team ask
