I am facing an unsolvable problem which is ridiculous from the ground up.
I am supposed to submit "transaction histories" of a credit card, including from last year (2024), and of course the ones in the app are not enough, although everything is visible..
i've spoken and written to the credit card support team 20 times and they always say something different at first, but in general, even the specialist department can only give you the one you have in the app and for a letter they have to ask somewhere again, which takes another 12 working days.
And will probably be rejected again by the dirty casino anyway.
What should I do now? My account has been frozen for weeks now, I can't Deposit, withdraw or play, and I still have a hefty 5-figure sum on it.
Do I seriously have to get a lawyer for this kind of shit?

which casino are you talking about? surely not a german licensed one because then you wouldn't have won a 5 digit amount?

i guess you deposited in some 0815 casino, and they don't want/will pay you nothing

and if it's one without a deuscthe license then a lawyer won't help you and you can write off your money...

No, it's a foreign one, and actually a reputable one.

Paying out is fine, I've probably paid out almost 50,000 in total over the years.
But they just don't realize that I can't produce the required document because I can't.
I've now done it again with a letter from livechat from the credit card, let's see. If not, I'll have no choice but to ask a lawyer somehow.
Because it's not my fault, I've been trying everything for 2 weeks to make it clear to them and to show them everything else that makes everything clear, but they probably won't even look at it. They just look at it and say "oh, it's not a bank statement, reject it"..
Really annoying

what is the name of the casino?

and again, you can't sue a casino with a lawyer in cyprus because the casino is illegal from here...

do you also want to use a lawyer if, for example, a drug Dealer takes the p**s out of you? i don't think so, do you?

You can and the penalty for the scammer would be much higher than for the injured party, regardless of whether the dealings are legal or illegal
