Can also report that this free tool is top - can only recommend it to anyone who has problems to adhere to limits, etc.. Of course, you have to be consistent and install the tool on all your devices (phone, PC, tablet) to have no backdoor open. It really helps me enormously because it simply no longer works with it! Wanted to install Betblocker on my iphone 8 after I installed it and have to install the profile it comes that it only works on managed device.
My question how do I get this activated now or a managed device.
Have tried it do not have a Mac and apparently it works only with the Mac

These programs can be helpful but many then also block exchanges, cryptos, PayPal, etc.... Since no Provider keeps a whitelist, unfortunately pointless
